Payment Options

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We want to make purchasing with Savant fast and easy. To do this we currently accept the following payment options:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal

We may implement other payment methods in the future. If you feel that you have a suggestion then get in touch with us.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

We will charge your payment method once your order is placed. We place an initial authorisation charge for the amount of the entire order. This initial authorisation charge will be removed and replaced with the final charge once your order has been shipped. The final charge will be for the same value as the order when it was placed. If you encounter any issues with being charged twice, please get in touch with us.

CAN I SPLIT MY PAYMENT BETWEEN MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS?

You cannot use two separate payment cards to pay for an order. If the payment card is declined, no money will be deducted and the transaction will be cancelled.

CAN I PAY WITH MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD?

We currently do not have gift cards available for purchase. Get the latest updates by subscribing to our newsletter where you can be one of the first to be notified if this becomes an available option. This can be found at the bottom of our website.

HOW DO I PAY WITH PAYPAL?

When selecting PayPal during checkout, you will need to agree to a billing agreement to allow Savant UK to bill your PayPal account. This billing agreement is valid for one hour. Do not worry if it expires before you complete your order as you can agree to a new billing agreement once you are ready to place an order. The delivery address on your Savant order must match the delivery address saved to your PayPal account.

WHY DON’T I SEE APPLE PAY AS AN OPTION?

To use Apple Pay on our website, you need to be using Safari whilst signing in to your iCloud account and have a payment card added to your Apple Wallet.

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH AN INSTALMENT PLAN?
